Credit Cards

Visa, Solo, MasterCard, Switch and Maestro all accepted at admission, some food points and shop. Minimum spend £5.

Dogs

Dogs are not permitted in the theme park with the exception of Assistance Dogs. Kennels are provided for visitors on a first come first served basis and are non-bookable . Woodlands is not responsible for the welfare of your dog, watering or feeding whilst using the kennels. Please ensure the kennel is left clean and tidy.

Woodlands Policies & Services

Are subject to change without notice. Woodlands reserve the right to close the park, rides or any attraction without prior notice. Violating Woodlands rules may lead to ejection and prosecution to the limits of the law.

Group Discounts

Great Discounts for groups of 10 or more. Free leader ratio for youth groups.

Discount Tickets Schemes

We do not currently offer NHS or Blue Light Discount at this time.

Discounted ticket rates are available for guests with disabilities and senior citizens (60+).

Birthdays Parties

Excellent value including: Themed rooms, children’s admission, choice of menus, birthday present and card. 2 free adults per party.

First Aid

Minor injury: please attend First Aid by Reception. Serious injury: inform Team Leader or Ranger at once.

Lost Children & Property

For assistance with lost children and property, contact a Ranger or report to Reception. 

Busy Days and Busy Times

To make the most of your day when Woodlands is busy arrive early and leave late. After safety procedures the rides will open as soon after 10am as possible.

The shop is busiest 1 ½ hours before closing time. Food outlets are busiest between 12.30pm and 2.00pm. The longest queues on Watercoasters, Toboggan, Swing Ship, and Avalanche are often between 11.00am to 4.30pm.

Rides Closing

The Toboggan cannot be used when the track is damp or wet, and the Jumping Pillow will be closed under wet conditions. This is a safety protocol which we must abide by. Please phone to check which attractions are closed.

Adult Responsibilities

Adults entering Woodlands with children under 17 years are responsible for them at all times. Please do not leave children unattended.

Personal Belongings

Possessions may be left in lockers (20p) at the Empire, Loves Grove Café and Circus Drome. No loose articles (sun glasses, hats, camera, bags etc) are permitted on Rides and Slides. Please leave articles in locker or with colleague. They must not be left in the loading or waiting area of any attraction.

Shoes

Footwear must be removed in certain areas (soft play zones etc.). Please consult safety information boards or Rangers for information.

Spectacles

For your safety you are advised to remove glasses in Ball Pools and on Slides.

Queue Jumping

Please respect fellow guests by waiting your turn. Cutting in line or disruptive behavior may result in ejection from Woodlands. Guests with disabilities are welcome to join their family at the front of the queue, provided the ride operator has been informed in advance.

Safety First

Please read all safety notices before participating in any ride or attraction.

No Smoking

On any ride, attraction, café, shop or building. Please dispose of cigarette ends in receptacles provided.

Height, Health and Safety Requirements

Before using a ride or attraction please read all Height and Safety instructions prior to use. Woodlands reserve the right to limit any guest from riding on any ride or participating in any attraction if we believe that attraction is unsuitable for that guest.

Safety First

Restrictions and limitations apply in some areas. Health and Safety regulations must be observed at all times.
Take care wet paths/equipment may be slippery.
Cover up on slides as bare skin/clothing may burn. Sun makes slides hot, check surfaces BEFORE sliding.

If a Team Leader or Ranger is unable to assist you, please proceed to Reception where a friendly assistant will help you.

Children aged 16 years and younger need to be accompanied by an adult aged 17 years or over. ID may be required on the entrance kiosk.
