Birthday Parties can be booked during the Main Season, Summer Holidays, Off-Peak Days and Winter. On Off-Peak and Winter days the following rides will be closed: Watercoasters, Toboggan Run, Pedal Boats, Bumper Boats, Trolls Maze, Arctic Gliders, Dune Buggies, Avalanche, Jumping Pillow and Safari Adventure Golf.
Non-Annual Pass Holder – £21.95 per child
Annual Pass Holder – £15.50 per child
Children Under 92cm – £9.95 per child
Off-Peak Days include some weekdays throughout Spring and Summer.
Winter Days are weekends and school holidays from 8th Nov 2025 to 22nd March 2026 and 7th November 2026 to March 21st 2027
On off-peak and winter days, the Watercoasters, Toboggan Run, Pedal Boats, Arctic Gliders, Dune Buggies, Avalanche, Jumping Pillow, Nutty’s Treehouse & Safari Adventure Golf will be closed.

Bringing a birthday cake? Give it to us at the start of the day and we can serve it in the birthday room after your meal.

A non-refundable £30.00 deposit will be taken at the time of booking.
Arriving on the day…
Please head to the entrance kiosk and let them know you have booked a party.
The Ranger at the entrance will provide you with a menu from which you can select the children’s food choices.
Finally, take the form and birthday cake to Ray’s Diner in the Empire of the Sea Dragon. They will keep your cake safe and prepare the food ready for your time slot.
Come back to Ray’s Diner a few minutes before your time slot and your birthday room will be opened for you!
Birthday Party FAQs
There is a minimum of 5 children and a maximum of 15 children for parties in a themed room. Bigger parties with over 15 guests can be accommodated but the group will not be seated in a themed party room whilst eating.
We do not provide party bags, but you are welcome to bring your own or you can visit the Treasure Trove Gift Shop during your visit.
The birthday party allows 2 free adults. Any extra adults will need to pay the park entrance fee. Standard admission tickets are cheapest when booked online in advance.
Yes, you can bring a birthday cake. Take it to Ray’s Diner in the morning with your completed menu choices form. The cake will be served after your meal. Woodlands is not able to provide a cake.
Woodlands Birthday Parties are for all ages. If you would like a birthday party for a group of people aged 17 and over book a ‘Grown Up’ Party. The cost is the same as a children’s party but there are no free adults (as there are no children to supervise).
