Important Ticket Information
Tickets purchased online are non-refundable for any reason.
In the event of park closure due to Government-enforced lockdowns, tickets may be moved to an alternative date.
Online tickets are date-specific and are only valid for the date selected at the time of booking.
We are unable to accept tickets on alternative dates at the entrance kiosk.
Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be used by another guest.
February Half Term Offer
Tickets are £15 per person for visits between 14th–22nd February 2026 only.
This price applies exclusively to these dates and cannot be used outside of the half-term period.
Changing Your Visit Date
Date changes must be made at least 24 hours before your visit.
A £5 admin fee per booking reference applies.

PARK INFORMATION
-Children under 92cms are free entry. On arrival, children found to be 92cm and above will pay the normal entrance price.
-Children under 17 must be accompanied by an adult of 17 years or over. On arrival, ID stating date of birth will be required if the adult appears to be under 17 years of age.
-Carers Entry – We do not offer free entry for carers instead we offer a highly discounted price for the Guest with Disabilities, any additional people visiting would require their own entrance ticket at the standard price.

Please note online tickets must be purchased the day before you come. You can still purchase tickets for today at the entrance kiosk for £18.00pp for the Winter Fun, but the discounted tickets for £15pp will not be applied.
