Maximum 2 Adults per booking. Any extra adults will need Winter Fun Tickets to enter the park but won’t be able to enter the grotto.
The timeslot booked at checkout is the time you should arrive at the Christmas grotto to begin your walkthrough experience. Guests can enter the park at any time after opening to use the Winter Fun rides and attractions.
This is a PRE-BOOK ONLY CHRISTMAS EVENT in Devon. Tickets must be purchased online at least 24 Hours before your visit. We are unable to offer Grotto tickets to day visitors without a pre-booking for the Grotto.

The Christmas Grotto experience has been designed with younger children in mind. Children 12+ are welcome through the grotto but will not receive a gift from Santa. This is reflected in the ticket price. If you are planning to bring along an older sibling (12+) and would still like them to receive a gift, please book them a Child 8-11 Christmas grotto & park entry ticket. Please be aware this gift will be best suited to an 8-11 year old.

Park Opening Information
As Christmas is a very busy and exciting time for Santa and all his helpers, please be at the entrance to the grotto by the time slot you have booked. Guests with daytime park & grotto entry tickets can arrive at any point from 10:30am to use the open rides and attractions before and after visiting the grotto.
During the winter season the following rides will be closed: Watercoasters, Toboggan Run, Pedal Boats, Arctic Gliders, Tugboat, Bumper Boats, Dune Buggies, Avalanche, Jumping Pillow and Safari Adventure Golf.
Season Ticket Holders
You will be able to visit Woodlands during Christmas opening hours but will need to pre book a Season Ticket Holder Christmas Grotto Ticket in order to gain admission into Santa’s Grotto. Any siblings who do not have a Season Ticket due to not being 92cms please book a relevant ticket depending on the child’s age.
Your Annual Pass photograph will need to be cross checked against the system, if this fails to match you will be required to pay the full rate starting at £17.95 – £23.95 per Adult, and £29.95 – £35.95 per child (depending on the date) to gain entry to the park & Christmas Grotto.
Pushchairs
We apologise but due to the interactive nature of the Grotto experience, we are unable to accept pushchairs through Santa’s Grotto.
Guests with Disabilities
We endeavour to create an experience which can be enjoyed by all guests visiting Woodlands during the festive season.
The Santa’s Grotto will accommodate guests in Wheelchairs, however large electric wheelchairs and mobility scooters are not allowed into the attraction due to reasons of access.
There is no specific Guest with Disability Christmas Grotto Ticket option. Guests will need to purchase tickets based on the appropriate age category. If you have any questions regarding accessibility please call our reception on 01803712598 prior to booking your tickets.
Date Change
To change the date / time on your ticket: This needs to be done at least 3 days before you are due to visit Santa and a £5 charge applies. You will need to reply to your booking confirmation email or email fun@woodlandspark.com with your booking reference number and the new requested date/time you would like to change your visit to. Provided the new slot is available, our Reception Team will be able to change your ticket for a fee of £5 per booking number. This is subject to availability.
Adults Entry
This attraction is aimed at families. As such, we are unable to accept adult only bookings. A child ticket must be purchased at the same time as an adult ticket.

MAXIMUM 2 ADULTS PER BOOKING – ANY EXTRA ADULTS BOOKED WILL BE REFUSED ENTRY AND NOT OFFERED A REFUND
1 Festive non-alcoholic mulled wine drink provided for each adult, maximum 2 festive drinks per booking, (these can not be exchanged for any other item).
Children under 17 must be accompanied by an adult of 17 years or over. On arrival, ID stating date of birth will be required if the adult appears to be under 17 years of age.
All adults & children that wish to go through the grotto need to have purchased a grotto ticket online prior to the day of their visit. Children aged 12 and above will need to have the relevant ticket to enter the park and gain entry to the grotto (this price will not include a gift from Santa).
Christmas Grotto Tickets bought online are non-refundable for any reason.
Any bookings found to feature more than the Maximum Two Adults will have any additional adults removed without any refund.
Christmas Grotto Tickets are date and time specific and are only valid on the date which is booked. The time slot you have chosen is the time you need to be at the entrance to the grotto to start your magical Christmas experience.
No discount ticket can be used alongside the Christmas Grotto Tickets.
