Guests with daytime park & grotto entry tickets can arrive at any point from 10:30am to use the open rides and attractions before and after they visit the grotto. \nDuring the Christmas opening the following rides will be closed: Watercoasters\, Toboggan Run\, Pedal Boats\, Arctic Gliders\, Tugboat\, Bumper Boats\, Dune Buggies\, Avalanche\, Jumping Pillow and Safari Adventure Golf. \n  \nSeason Ticket Holders\nYou will be able to visit Woodlands during Christmas opening hours but will need to pre book a Season Ticket Holder Christmas Grotto Ticket in order to gain admission into Santa’s Grotto. Any siblings who do not have a Season Ticket due to not being 92cms please book a relevant ticket depending on the child’s age. \nYour Annual Pass photograph will need to be cross checked against the system\, if this fails to match you will be required to pay the full rate starting at £14.95 – £19.95 per Adult\, and £24.95 – £29.95 per child (depending on the date) to gain entry to the park & Christmas Grotto. \n  \nPushchairs\nWe apologise but\, due to the interactive nature of the Grotto experience\, we are unable to accept pushchairs through Santa’s Grotto. \n  \nGuests with Disabilities\nWe endeavour to create an experience which can be enjoyed by all guests visiting Woodlands during the festive season. \nThe Santa’s Grotto will accommodate guests in Wheelchairs\, however large electric wheelchairs and mobility scooters are not allowed into the attraction due to reasons of access. \nThere is no specific Guest with Disability Christmas Grotto Ticket option.
