How to claim your discount:

1. Purchase your Woodlands Family Theme Park Annual Pass
2. Head to www.woodlandsgrove.co.uk to book your touring pitch Valid ONLY Tariff A dates
3. Dates are as follows:- 22nd March to 23rd May, 3rd June to 4th July, 3rd Sept to 3rd November

*Your whole stay must fall within these dates*

4. Input the discount code given upon completion of your Annual Pass Purchase. (We will cross check your Annual Pass to confirm you qualify for the discount)
5. All guests booking a Caravan Park pitch must hold a valid annual pass at the time of booking and for the duration of your stay to qualify for the 20% off discount rate. (Failure to comply will result in cancellation of your holiday) you are unable to make a booking and receive the discount unless all of your booking party hold a valid annual pass, as we are unable to proportion partial costs for the discount
6. Annual Passes that don’t match will result in termination of your booking
7. Offer is NOT applicable in Tariff B Dates – 24th of May to end of June & 5th of July to 2nd of September
8. Annual pass discount is exclusive to annual pass holders, NOT friends & family that may be visiting during the same period, or part of your booking

To protect the integrity of our Guest with Disability Annual Pass discount price, we ask that customers who have purchased this pass bring one of the following forms of evidence with them on their first visit to the park: DLA Letter, PIP Letter, Blue Badge, Access Card or D.I.D Card.

Without one of these forms of evidence, we won’t be able to verify your pass.

Proof of age that includes a photo (for example either passport or driving license) will need to be shown upon your first visit to the park to verify your pass.
