The superb Falconry Centre & Flying Grounds are set at the edge of Woodland where you can relax watching this breath taking display. Geoff our first Falconer has a lifetime experience bonding and training birds of prey. Together with his enthusiastic partner Lynn they have the skills and knowledge to make the 40 minute display captivating, funny and full of interest. A not to be missed experience for all the family.
Tundra the Snowy Owl arrived at the centre on Monday 26th August 2007. She has been trained and fly’s in the morning Owl displays every day. Her bond with Falconer Lynn is amazing. Being a female she will keep her black barring as opposed to the all white male ‘Tarnik’ who is our male Snowy Owl who is currently on loan as part of a breeding programme.
