The Childminder Weekday Annual Membership is designed to work in the same way as a normal Annual pass however this pass does not need to be for a specific child. The Childminder’s Annual pass can be used for between 1 and 6 children under 13 years old and is transferable between children as long as the same Childminder is present. The pass is valid during weekday opening hours allowing you to enjoy all our outdoor rides, indoor soft play, 8-acre Zoo Farm, and Falconry, throughout the year.
Please note if you are registered to look after less than six children the number of children you are registered to look after will be the maximum number of children you can bring to the park each visit under the childminder annual pass.

How to buy
Childminder Passes can be purchased online or at the entrance gate. For both options, the childminder will need to fill out our Childminder annual pass form and hand it in on their first visit to the park to verify the pass.
New Pass
Click the Childminder Annual Pass Form button below to download our Membership Form. Print and fill out the form to bring with you on your next visit to Woodlands. Either pay for your new childminder pass online in advance or at the entrance gate.
Only Ofsted registered childminders can qualify for the Childminder’s Annual Membership. Registration documents must be provided at the time you wish to take the pass out:
- Woodlands Childminder’s Membership Form completed and signed
- Childminder’s Ofsted registration certificate
- Childminder’s registration number
- Proof of address (must match the registration certificate)
- Proof of photo ID of the Childminder
- £75.00 payment (cash or card)
Renewals
If you are already an existing childminder member looking to renew your pass, you will still need to bring all the documents listed above to the entrance kiosk to complete your renewal. Please also remember to fill out a new membership form as these are updated yearly.
FAQs
Registered Nannies are accepted if they are ofsted registered, proof of address has to match the ofsted certificate.
We are sorry but the pass is solely for the use of the Childminder. We do not currently offer a pass for assistants.
Childminder Passes can be purchased either online or in person but must be verified with the correct documentation at the entrance gate on your first visit to the park.
You may also post your Childminder Membership documentation. If you are posting your form to us we need proof of the documents listed above. They can be scanned and printed off and sent to us. We will not accept emails as the form has to be signed and dated. We are unable to accept cheques so please make sure there are contact details on the form and we will ring you to take the payment over the phone.
Your new pass is valid for a Year from the date you purchase it or we receive the form.
Valid Monday – Friday.
The Pass is not valid on Weekends, Bank Holidays or Character Days.
This pass does not include entry into our Seasonal Grottos.
It is valid for up to 6 children under 13 years old.
If you are registered for more than 6 children, we apologise but this pass is a maximum of 6. We do not offer a higher ratio. This is due to safety reasons and is the same ratio set for group visits.
For health and safety reasons the maximum number of children you can bring is 6 per adult. It is the same as our school’s ratio of 1 adult to every 6 children.
You cannot pay for extra children if you are already visiting with 6.
Childminder Annual Passes are not valid on licensed character days, weekends and bank holidays.
Our 2024 licensed character days will be announced soon! There are usually between 6 – 10 licensed character days per year.
Terms & Conditions
Bendalls Leisure Ltd reserves the right to withdraw any ticket if the following conditions are not complied with or the company deems it necessary.
The Ticket issued admits the named childminder only. It is not transferable. A Photograph of the childminder must be attached, without one the ticket is not valid. Woodlands Leisure reserve the right to close the park or any attractions without prior notice. Sorry, non-use of the ticket does not entitle the holder to a refund.
- This membership is only available to Ofsted registered Childminders.
- This pass is only valid Monday – Friday.
